If we’re to be convinced to fork over $30,000 for a Chess set, we would expect the pieces to engage in epic combat as portrayed in the classic Battle Chess computer game. Barbara Kruger’s pricey chess set doesn’t do that, but it does come with 96 microprocessors.
The processors are needed because each individual piece has the ability to talk and interact as players move about the board. From what little we heard in the YouTube video, it’s mostly a bunch of trash talking, like “Don’t even think about it,” and “Why prolong the pain?” You know, stuff we’d end up saying anyway
