Nov. 24 (PNA) — Dagupan, the ‘bangus’ capital of the Philippines, will
host the much-awaited 2010 National Inter-Cities and Municipalities

participating teams must have an average rating of 2050 per team, with
only one titled player (GM, IM, FM and NM) allowed per team. All 1800
and below rating will be computed for 1800 for rating purposes.

Registration fee is P3,500 per team. Local government units ,may enter a maximum of three teams.
