Raj Sambhav of Uttar Pradesh emerged winner in the under-10 category of the Shrikant Patwardhan Memorial National selection Age Group Chess Championship held recently at Chinchwad.

Himanshu Harsh of Bihar came first in the uner 12 category with 7 points and won a cash prize of Rs 20,000. Akash Gandhi of Mumbai came first in the under 14 category with 6 points and Abdullah Ahmed of Bihar won the under 16 category with 4.5 points.
